I chose Sunbridge Solar to do a solar system installation on my house because of the quality of the good reviews I found while researching and looking for the best company in my area. I also spoke with 3 different solar companies; I looked at designs and quotes; Sunbridge Solar was competitively priced. What sold it for me up front was the quality/level of customer service and patience the sales manager provided. I'm not the easiest customer to deal with because I try to question every fine detail I can when making an investment and also make sure it will benefit me in the long run. And I had a lot of questions because I was not a solar expert or an electrician. The sales manager answered all of my questions promptly and professionally.I have essentially replaced my electric bill (spending a little more than what it usually is each month) with a financing bill to pay for the system. The current incentives will pay for approximately $13,000 of my system's price. Once the solar system is paid off (which we will pay off early with no penalty), I will have a minimal electric bill at the end of each year even as Pacific Power increases their rates. My system will cover 89%-95% of our electric consumption. The solar equipment that Sunbridge Solar offered was high quality and reliable. I was initially going to go with 27 of the 370W Panasonic Evervolt solar panels which is a great panel but decided to go with 24 of the REC400AA Pure Black panels which are phenominal panels. I love the improvements that have occurred with solar panels to make them more efficient over the years. Especially the fact that these REC400AA panels are split and will fully function even if only half of the panel is receiving sunlight. They also will be 92% efficient at 25 years which is a huge increase compared to the 80% average I had seen before. Sunbridge Solar also provided me with IQ8A microinverters and the mounting system is great quality; I love the system and the relative ease I will have of adding battery backups to this system later. They handled most of the paperwork and handled all of the filing for permits which was a pretty streamline process. I did have to check in once in while to see where things were at which was fine with me; They were pretty busy. They were always polite and responded quickly. They also dealt with all of the of the incentives and getting those squared away as well. The crew that came out and did the installation was great. I got to be that homeowner that somewhat looked over shoulders and asked a few questions, which I'm sure is annoying lol. But, they were patient, personable, and kind. I got up on my roof and watched some of the process to make sure it made sense to me and to make sure things looked clean and like a good installation (as far as I knew) and it did. They cleaned up after themselves and everything looked and went great.I received inspection approval from our local building department approximately 3 days after the installation and the power company came out 4 days later and reprogrammed our electric meter. I got to fire up the system on (04/15/22). After a few months I will do another review when I have had the chance to monitor the system a while.I think the install turned out great. I would highly recommend these professionals!
